Welcome to the latest edition of the TeachingEnglish newsletter!

This week we look forward to the 2015 IATEFL conference in Manchester. If you can't attend this year's event, you can catch all the action via our live coverage from 10 April.

We also have an exciting set of videos from our latest seminar on the topic of continuous professional development (CPD). If you are interested in how CPD can change lives and the kinds of development suited to the different stages of a teacher's career, then this seminar is for you.

If you're looking for classroom activities or ideas for developing your students' language learning during the holidays, then check out this week's classroom activity and teaching article.

And, finally, we have two very interesting publications for you. The first is a freely downloadable, short methodology course for starter teachers. The second is a report on learning English in Brazil.

We hope you find these useful.
