World Health Day World Health Day on 7 April is more important than ever, and this year it is about building a fairer, healthier world. On our website, children can watch a story about Florence Nightingale, a famous nurse who worked to improve hospital care in the 19th century, and sing a song about how to wash your hands. Find these activities and more in our Health and illness topic! |

| Shakespeare and World Book Day Shakespeare Day and World Book Day are both on 23 April. Our Shakespeare videos help young learners understand and enjoy some of his best-known plays, and they can also watch a video about Shakespeare's life. We have lots of activities about books and reading too in our Reading topic – why not try the fun Story Maker with your children? |
