As we approach autumn, why not check out this lesson plan for kids which takes a look at different features of the seasons. The lesson plan includes a song, a story, vocabulary focus

Teaching adults

'The Rugby World Cup' is a topical lesson for September around the topic of the Rugby World Cup, which begins on 18th September. In this integrated skills B1-B2 lesson, students work in three groups to read and take notes on different texts and share their information. They finally work together to discuss some questions on the topic.

Magazine

'Teachers Research!' edited by Deborah Bullock and Richard Smith is a new kind of book for the field of English language teacher-research, containing stories arising from poster presentations at an IATEFL Research SIG event in 2014. The stories are presented in a teacher-friendly manner and address important practical issues.
