 | | | | February 11th is Safer Internet Day. To help raise awareness of this important issue, our monthly lesson plan for February 2014 is all about online safety and young learners. In this lesson, students start by talking about how they use the internet, they then watch a video about online safety and read about staying safe online. They do a speaking activity based on the video and the text, and finish by making a poster with their top tips for staying safe online. Read more

| | Chalk and cheese |  | |  | | | | This activity looks at ways of making comparative forms by asking learners to compare things that are usually thought of as opposites. It can be used to revise structures or to present them as part of an inductive approach. It also encourages learners to be creative. The activity would be suitable for an elementary to intermediate level. | | |
