It also includes a grade book for reviewing achievements and progress. Read more November webinar: David Petrie - Writing skills for exam practice                                  Practising writing for exams can be challenging for many students and it is often difficult for teachers to find ways to make writing practice motivating and worthwhile. This session looks at helping learners developing the writing skill, in particular those learners working towards language exams. Read more     Bonfire Night                            November 5th marks the anniversary of the famous Gunpowder Plot when Guy Fawkes and his conspirators attempted to blow up the Houses of Parliament in London. Bonfire Night is celebrated throughout Britain on the evening of the 5th of November with firework displays. Read more Improvisations                                     How do improvisations work? Role play involves giving students role cards, instructions and time to prepare. Improvisations are more spontaneous. The teacher does not give details or language phrases to use.
