Welcome to the latest edition of the TeachingEnglish newsletter. This week we have the a new video in our popular series of British Council Seminars, in this session you can watch Dot Powell introducing the new ESOL Nexus website which will be a valuable resource for teachers and students alike.

If you teach young learners, don't forget there are lots of resources on our sister site LearnEnglish Kids and this week we've got some ideas about how you might like to incorporate the stories you find there into lessons. There's plenty for you to try in the classroom including an introduction to the background of the Olympic games and a useful conversation lesson on a topic that everyone loves to talk about, 'money'.

TeachingEnglish will be taking a break next week for the Easter holidays but the newsletter will be back on April 25.

Best wishes,

Duncan

Money conversations
