Welcome to our November newsletter! This month we're celebrating science and Universal Children's Day. We've also got resources for you for UK Anti-Bullying Week and some ideas for learning vocabulary. We hope you'll like them.

The LearnEnglish Kids team

Are your learners interested in science? The UN World Science Day is on 10 November.

Watch our short story on Isaac Newton, one of the most famous British scientists, whose discoveries are still very important today. And have a look at the science-related videos in our Video zone: Insect extinction, 3D printed human skull and Body tricks - Stop your hand from working

The United Nations' Universal Children's Day is celebrated on 20 November. What are child rights? This video in our Video zone explains in a way that is easy for children to understand.

UK Anti-Bullying Week runs from 11 to 15 November this year. Read all about how you can Say no to bullying and watch Abbie's bullying story, which is all about cyberbullying.

What's the best way to help young learners develop their English vocabulary? With over 100 topics to choose from, our Word games section is perfect for kids to have fun while learning new words!

Have you tried using flashcards with your learners? Check out all the topics in our printable Flashcards section! Have a look at our Memory game video tip to watch a family practising vocabulary together. You'll also find a downloadable list of ideas for more flashcard games. Have fun!
