Managing individual differences in the language classroom
For successful language learning, we need to consider variables which make learners different from each other. This week's featured talk from IATEFL Liverpool by Carol Griffiths and Adem Soruc discusses a range of individual factors and present findings of a small-scale study which explored attitudes of both pre-service and experienced teachers to individual differences, with implications for classroom management.
