'A Multicultural Society' is a lesson based around the different ethnic minority groups which make up the UK population. There are a range of reading and discussion tasks, which enable students to reflect on their own culture and minorities within it. It is suitable for learners aged 12 + at B2 level, and students will develop speaking skills, reading skills and critical thinking skills.

To celebrate International Women's Day on March 8, our latest lesson plan for teens and adults raises awareness of some of the reasons why women are relatively poorly represented in science. This lesson for adults or older teens at B2 level, focuses on reference words, and how they link a text together, and speaking skills development on the topic of jobs and gender.

In this webinar recording 'Enhancing the quality of reflection', from last year's Teaching for Success Online conference Tran Thi Hieu Thuy and Nguyen Thi Kim Phuong review the concept of reflection and Brookfield's theory of four lenses in critically reflective teaching practice. They also propose guidelines for teachers to apply useful tools for reflection in each lens.
