Welcome to this week's TeachingEnglish newsletter. Do you ever have trouble motivating students who don't seem to want to learn? If so then our new seminar 'Motivating the unmotivated' may be of interest to you. It's presented by Ken Wilson and includes ten handy tips to create the right atmosphere for inspiring students.
If you haven't tried the vocabulary game 'Pick your wits' on our sister site LearnEnglish then you might not know that you can use it to introduce topics and that it is an excellent way to support your student's learning.
Also in this week's edition you can catch up with the latest edition of 'In English Digital' and find out more about how you can develop class exchanges with other schools around the world.
Finally, if you are going to be in for the IATEFL conference we are very pleased to invite you to the launch of the new LearnEnglish Teens site that will be going live at the event in Glasgow. If you have time, we hope to see you there! If you can't make it to the conference you will be pleased to know that you will be able to follow the event via IATEFL Glasgow Online. The site is now live and you can find out more here.
Enjoy!
