Welcome to another TeachingEnglish newsletter. This week's content includes a complete lesson plan on climate change which you can use with either teenagers or adults and there's a new Britlit Kit for those of you who like using literature in the classroom.

In the second in a series of video discussion from IATEFL we asked teachers what it was that had most helped them develop in their career. Watch the video and then leave a comment letting us know what's helped you most.

Also this week there's a question from one of our readers that should interest both those who have it and those who don't: 'How hard is the CELTA really?' If you have taken the course why not leave your impressions.

Best wishes
