A narrative context lesson: The class is the story In this interactive webinar, taking place on 24 February, participants will take part in an engaging narrative context lesson that will keep learners hooked throughout. The webinar focuses on the framework of a narrative context lesson, while discussing the advantages of contextualisation and how teachers can adapt real-world contexts to inspire students to become better citizens and broaden their understanding of the world around them. |

| Family snapshot If you teach young learners who are all the same age and live in the same town, opportunities for sharing and comparing life experiences can feel more limited than they would be in a multinational class of adult learners. This activity asks young learners to think about their own families and their lives, find and exchange information and report on and compare their findings. |

Food issues This lesson plan for teenagers at B1/B2 level is available in two versions: for online and face-to-face teaching. The face-to-face lesson plan looks at two food-related topics: school dinners and Britain's snack culture. The online lesson looks exclusively at Britain's snack culture. In both lessons, learners practise their reading and fluency skills and discuss food issues. |
