LearnEnglish Kids holiday newsletter! July 2016 Welcome to the latest LearnEnglish Kids newsletter. HOLIDAY TIME! Are your children going to be on holiday from school? In the UK, it's time for the long school summer holidays. We have lots of different fun activities about going on holiday, including stories, writing, colouring and flashcards!    NEW ACTIVITIES! Have you seen our latest word games and colouring pages? We've added lots more activities to these new sections, which are perfect for the school holidays!  Kids can learn and practise lots of English words with an online game or printable colouring page. There are many different fun topics to choose from! EID AL-FITR What do your children know about Eid al-Fitr, the Muslim festival at the end of Ramadan? Children can listen to a girl from Egypt tell us about how she celebrates in our Eid al-Fitr story.   Kids can learn about other special days with our celebrations activities. SUMMER OLYMPICS Will your children be watching the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in August? They can learn Olympic and Paralympic sports with our flashcards, and find more activities about sports on our sports topic page! NEXT NEWSLETTER The LearnEnglish Kids newsletter is taking a break next month, so our next newsletter will be at the beginning of September.
